Beata Frenzel has been initiating since six years a path in the forest near St. Peter (Black Forest), where you can meet sculptures and art works of regional artists from July till October. The motto of the trail is different every year. In 2019 we were invited to design a station of this art trail on the theme: 'The Way Not Taken'. We decided to print two contributions of 'Voices of the World' weatherproof on textile for the path in the forest and to hang them along into the nature. From the numerous contributions we chose thoughts on the meaning of the Arabic word Allah - by Sara Sviri from Israel and reflections on the meaning of mysticism - by Vangelis Samarakis from Greece. Two approaches for the visitor to think about possible ways that can be taken. The starting point of this art trail is the Eckpeterhof in St. Peter in the Black Forest. The circular route takes about an hour.
